We’re looking for an accomplished seller who understands the ins and outs of group sales, communicates clearly, and can develop long-term growth strategies for our club. MANAGER, GROUP & HOSPITALITY SALES OVERVIEW:
Elevate, in partnership with the Washington Spirit, is looking for a Manager, Group & Hospitality Sales. In this role, you’ll lead the overall sales strategy day-to-day for the group and hospitality sales team our. We’re looking for an accomplished seller who understands the ins and outs of group sales, communicates clearly, and can develop long-term growth strategies for our club. CORE JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
· Oversee daily operations of group and hospitality sales teams—including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance monitoring using daily, weekly, and monthly metrics
· Achieve departmental group and hospitality sales revenue targets to drive increased attendance
· Provide consistent mentorship and coaching while participating in key group account appointments
· Develop and implement group leader renewal strategies and campaigns to maintain high retention rates
· Oversee the execution of the group sales strategy, inclusive of lead distribution and campaign management
· Plan and execute group leader events to strengthen relationships and generate new business
· Collaborate across the organization to boost awareness of group theme nights
· Assist in driving full-season ticket sales during off-peak group sales months
· Audit fan experience programs to maximize group sales inventory
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
· Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in group or hospitality sales
· Familiarity with the Archtics/Ticketmaster ticketing system
· Proven track record of success in ticket sales
· Leadership training or ticket sales management experience is preferred
· A positive, inspiring attitude with the ability to lead and motivate team members
