Elevate, in collaboration with our partners at the Washington Spirit, is seeking a dynamic Manager, Ticket Sales. In this role, you will oversee a team of Account Executives and join a leadership team responsible for the day-to-day growth of ticket sales for the club. This position calls for an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment as we build the premier female sports organization in the Washington D.C. market.

CORE JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
- Achieve Sales & Attendance Goals: Meet individual and departmental revenue targets while driving increased attendance
- Lead & Mentor: Provide daily leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the Account Executive team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, rollout, and scheduling of sales campaigns (e.g., season tickets, group sales) to ensure timely execution
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners to align ticket sales strategies with broader organizational campaigns
- Performance Monitoring: Track, report, and evaluate sales performance through daily, weekly, and monthly metrics, and offer feedback for continuous improvement
- Innovation: Research and apply industry best practices to optimize sales processes and results
- Event & Gameday Support: Assist in planning and executing both in-season and off-season sales events
- Flexibility: Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
· At least 1 year of ticket sales management experience in the sports industry
· A demonstrated track record of success in ticket sales.
