Job Summary:
We are seeking a Membership Sales Representative to join our team. As a Membership Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service , selling memberships & personal training, and giving tours to prospective members. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and fitness!
Responsibilities:
- Contact prospects through phone call and email
- Exceeding monthly sales goals
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Provide information about membership benefits and upsell additional services
- Process membership applications and renewals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Handle POS transactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized gym environment
Skills:
- Fitness knowledge
- Objection handling
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to upsell products and services to customers
- Proficiency in operating a POS system
- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing and discounts
- Technical sales knowledge is an advantage
