Premium Sales Executive – Overview

Elevate is seeking a Premium Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B prospecting and sales to drive premium hospitality revenue for Elevate’s multi-year partnership with the PGA TOUR.

This partnership focuses specifically on premium hospitality sales and revenue generation for the TOUR's most prestigious events, including The Sentry, THE PLAYERS, the 2025 Truist Championship, the TOUR Championship, and the 2026 Presidents Cup at Medinah Country Club in Medinah, Illinois.

This remote, high-output sales position will require an entrepreneurial mindset to effectively identify, qualify and nurture new lead opportunities on a regional and national scale. It will require a great deal of daily consistency and discipline, along with relentless ingenuity to navigate prospecting leads effectively to close.

A network within premium hospitality sales is preferred, as is an affinity and passion for the sport of golf and the PGA TOUR.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for designated menu of premium hospitality products
  • Prospect and sell premium hospitality to C-level executives and key decision-makers of corporations and high-net-worth individuals through outbound sales calls, face-to-face meetings, and virtual presentations
  • Consistently maintain a high daily level of minimum activity and tasks through outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and other effective outreach methods
  • Effectively manage the follow up with prospective customers to build and further relationships to help drive new business opportunities, while also providing a high-level of customer service
  • Effectively handle incoming sales leads from prospective clients for menu of premium hospitality products
  • Attend outside events with the purpose of selling, networking, gathering leads and new sales prospects
  • Contribute positively to a competitive sales team culture and participate in sales team meetings and training sessions
  • Regularly produce and present accurate updates on prospecting activity, sales performance, outside appointment and event recaps
  • Represent Elevate and the client professionally at all team appearances and events
  • Work collaboratively with the PGA TOUR’s Championship Management leaders and team members to gain experience and knowledge to help effectively close and win new business

Qualifications

The qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.   • Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience required
  • 3 years of experience in premium sales/B2B or ticket experience
  • History as a top premium ticket revenue producer for a sports organization
  • Track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic proficiency with computers and MS Office programs
  • Experience with Salesforce or MS Dynamics CRM system and Arctics ticketing system preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Must have the ability to maintain professional behavior and appearance
  • Must have a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing to commit to a high number of daily and weekly activities made through phone calls, emails, text messages, and other communication channels
  • Must have good decision-making skills, solid judgment and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Must be self-directed and able to work independently
  • Must have truly outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must possess confident communication and presentation skills; must be comfortable with engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong, active listening skills
  • Must be flexible to the fluidity of the project & be a reliable team player, both internally at Elevate and externally with the client
  • Must be able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption
  • Must have the ability and knowledge of prospecting methods that are effective for generating consistent premium hospitality revenue
  • Must be commercially focused on achieving and surpassing revenue goals within a highly sales focused organization

  • Compensation - $55,000 - $65,000 base, $35,000 - $50,000 incentive compensation

Work Environment

  • Remote or within a designated Elevate HQ location (Nashville, Charlotte, NYC, Salt Lake City)
