General Summary
We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead the administration, and execution of our compensation, benefits, rewards, and payroll programs. This role will oversee U.S. and will serve as the key liaison with our third-party managed payroll service provider. While this position does not have direct reports, it requires strong collaboration across HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Compensation & Rewards
- Manage employee and executive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Develop and oversee rewards and recognition programs to enhance employee engagement.
- Partner with leadership on annual compensation cycles, merit increases, and promotions.
Benefits & Retirement
- Oversee the administration of U.S. benefits, including health, wellness, retirement, leave management and other ancillary benefits.
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and manage vendor relationships.
- Evaluate and recommend benefit plan changes to support business objectives and employee needs.
- Own annual Open Enrollment, Health Fair, ACA reporting, form 5500 filings, NDT testing and 401(k) audit.
Payroll
- Serve as the liaison with our third-party payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for U.S..
- Ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations and company policies.
- Work with Finance to manage payroll budgeting and reporting.
Systems & Reporting
- Administer and optimize Workday for compensation and benefits.
- Generate and analyze reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Audit and process vendor invoices
- Support HR leadership with reporting on total rewards trends and effectiveness.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Experience and Education
- 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices, compensation structures, and benefits regulations. Knowledge of India laws and regulations a plus.
- Proficiency in Workday for compensation and benefits.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with leadership.
- Certification in Compensation (CCP) or Benefits (CEBS) is a plus.
- Must enjoy working in a fast paced; high volume environment
