WEB DEVELOPER OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a technical and detail-oriented web developer specializing in Webflow to enhance
Elevate’s websites. This role will collaborate closely with Elevate’s design and marketing teams to
develop web pages, new sections, and dynamic modules that align with our brand vision and
business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
WEB DEVELOPER OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a technical and detail-oriented web developer specializing in Webflow to enhance
Elevate’s websites. This role will collaborate closely with Elevate’s design and marketing teams to
develop web pages, new sections, and dynamic modules that align with our brand vision and
business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead functional and backend development for all websites under Elevate’s agency ecosystem
- Develop and optimize website pages in Webflow to enhance user experience and performance
- Collaborate with marketers and designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional, responsive web pages
- Implement interactive elements and animations that enhance engagement, time spent on site, and usability
- Ensure consistency in design, branding, and e-commerce functionality across all web assets
- Optimize site speed, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flows to maximize conversions
- Work with third-party integrations, CMS collections, and custom code when necessary
- Identify and troubleshoot website issues, ensuring timely updates and bug fixes
- Stay up-to-date with Webflow updates, best practices, and emerging web trends to recommend innovative solutions
- Work with third-party integrations to ensure compliance, improve the site experience, and support e-commerce growth
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on Webflow
- Proven experience developing in Webflow, with a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow-based projects
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably within an agency or related field
Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced customizations
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices and responsive web design principles
- Experience working with CMS collections and dynamic content in Webflow
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience integrating third-party tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google
- Search Console is a plus
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in San Francisco, New York City, Charlotte, or Nashville. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
