Process Engineering Co-Op

The Role :

ElevateBio is looking for a highly motivated individual with an engineering discipline to join the Process Engineering team. This Co-Op will report into the Engineering Department.

The ideal Co-Op will be working with the Process Engineering team as a part of the Engineering Department at Elevate BaseCamp, Waltham. The Co-Op will work alongside the process engineers assisting with projects and initiatives.

Here's What You'll Do :

• Work with real-world engineering challenges in GMP Manufacturing which includes assistance with on the floor support
• Gain experience in a multi-modality facility that supports Cell and Gene Therapy manufacturing
• Work with the process engineering teams to establish process flow diagrams for all programs at Elevate Basecamp
• Assist in improvements in process engineering spare parts inventory and organization
• Work in a GMP environment with cross-functional teams such as Validation Engineering, Facilities, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance.
