Toddler (2-Year-Old) Teacher

This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys working with energetic, inquisitive toddlers and fostering their independence, social-emotional skills, and love for learning. Key Responsibilities: Create a warm and stimulating learning environment for two-year-olds. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that encourage early literacy, problem-solving, socialization, and motor skills. Encourage independence by helping children with self-care routines like handwashing, dressing, and feeding. Foster social-emotional growth through group activities, interactive play, and positive reinforcement. Monitor and document developmental progress, providing personalized support for each child. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets all safety and health regulations. Maintain open communication with parents, updating them on their child’s daily activities and progress. Qualifications & Skills Required: Minimum one year of experience working with toddlers in a preschool or childcare setting. Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices for two-year-olds. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Ability to design fun, interactive learning experiences that align with early childhood education principles. Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with parents and fellow educators. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred, but not required).
