Drive Client Success
- Manage a portfolio of 40-50 clients as their trusted accountant
- Oversee financial operations, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
- Take the lead on projects beyond traditional bookkeeping
- Implement technology solutions and system integrations
- Provide strategic financial guidance and long-term planning
- Ensure exceptional service delivery from your team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Deliver Technical Excellence
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy
- Drive process improvements and efficiency
- Maintain highest standards of accuracy and compliance
- Implement internal controls and security measures
- Lead system integrations and software implementations
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
- Handle complex payroll processing and IRS requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of accounting experience with leadership track record
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online & Desktop
- Advanced Excel and accounting software skills
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance
- Experience managing and developing staff
- Expertise in financial reporting and analysis
- Proven client relationship management skills
- Track record of process improvement success
