We are seeking a Farsi speaking reliable, compassionate, and professional In-Home Caregivers/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care to seniors and disabled individuals within our community. Responsibility


You will be responsible for in-home personal care and companionship as per the care plan for the client. Activities could include.

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and other personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating.
• Provide essential housekeeping including laundry and changing linens.
• Accompany clients on errands and provide transportation.
• Offer engaging companionship and conversation.
• Build relationships and trust with clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate client records, reporting any changes in condition.

Requirements

• Spanish speaking
• Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required.
• Current and valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable personal transportation
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform the duties of the position.
