We’re expanding — and we’re looking for a dynamic, sales-driven professional to help grow our client base and elevate our brand presence both in person and online.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and nurture inbound leads through follow-up calls, emails, and personalized outreach
- Prospect new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and local engagement
- Guide clients through the entire homebuilding journey — from discovery to contract signing
- Host marketing events, open houses, community tours, and industry networking functions
- Serve as a visible ambassador of Elevated — both face-to-face and on camera
- Develop and appear in engaging social media content (video tours, design tips, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
- Create and post regular content on our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to build awareness and generate interest
- Manage and grow our social media presence, helping tell the Elevated brand story and attract new followers
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to highlight project milestones, homes under construction, and design inspiration
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Houston real estate market and new construction trends
- Build lasting relationships with real estate agents, developers, and industry partners
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in builder sales, new home sales, or luxury real estate
- Excellent communicator — confident on the phone, in person, and on camera
- Comfortable managing social media platforms and creating/posting engaging content
- Highly organized with a strong eye for aesthetics, design, and branding
- Familiarity with CRM tools, social media scheduling tools, and digital marketing basics
- Passion for luxury homes, architecture, and interior design
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and creative mindset
- Well-connected in the Houston market is a plus
