Job Summary :
The candidate will work with the Sales & Operations Teams, assisting with specific repair LOB-related tasks. Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities :
- The Repair Admin will be responsible for booking & billing all Repair projects.
- The Repair Admin will need to review the contract, and specifications at the time of booking to fully understand the billing terms and scope of work.
- The Repair Admin will be responsible for notifying the Opportunity Owner and the correct Field Supervisor at the time of booking.
- Create POs and maintain detailed tracking of all inventory ordered from procurement to delivery.
- The Repair Admin will verify all material deliveries and create receipts in Salesforce.
- The Repair Admin will pull weekly PO Closeout reports to ensure reporting accuracy and add necessary receipts.
- The Repair Admin will create SAs for scheduled booked repair labor.
- The Repair Admin will handle billing in the customer's portals (if applicable).
- The Repair Admin will be responsible for creating all pay apps & lien waivers (if applicable) and sending invoices per the contract terms for all projects.
- The Repair Admin will be responsible for updating and tracking the project's SOV and the percentages that have been billed.
- The Repair Admin will be responsible for HUB reporting for repair billings.
- The Repair Admin will assist the sales team with the creation of quick quotes.
