Will enjoy overseeing the activities of the Shuttle Drivers, Valets, Cashiers and Garage Attendants. This includes effective coaching and mentoring of staff, providing appropriate training that addresses professional conduct, service standards and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the Location Manager with training of all Guest Services staff including Valet, Shuttle Drivers, Cashiers, and Garage Attendants to ensure safe and efficient operations per the Company’s guidelines, as well as effectively managing and scheduling the guest services associates
- Oversee the daily operations of guest services including managing guest inquires, resolving issues or complaints, and ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Possess appropriate knowledge of the facility and act as point of contact for escalated guest inquiries or issues, demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate training programs for guest services team including online training for operations and compile reports for management on utilization of training tools
- Act as primary Safety Coordinator (where applicable) handling the incident reporting & investigation process according to Company standards and participate in all required training.
Position Requirements:
- Possess positive and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); POS experience
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet (up to 8 hours per day) in a fast paced environment, in close proximity to other people
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally with frequent bending, twisting and squatting required.
Education and Experience:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, hospitality management or a related field preferred.
Experience: 3 (three) years logistics experience preferred

This position is located in the GWV facility in Wilkes-Barre PA.
