Role Description:
As an HR Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting organizations and individuals through customized HR solutions that align with our mission. You’ll assess client needs, design and implement HR programs, and deliver strategies to optimize employee experiences, business sustainability, and operational efficiency. This role will involve working closely with diverse teams, facilitating leadership development workshops, and integrating systems that support workforce well-being, compliance, and equal rights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct HR audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems tailored to client needs.
- Provide consulting services focused on employee lifecycle optimization, compliance strategies, and equitable workplace practices.
- Facilitate leadership development and workforce training workshops.
- Collaborate with clients to design job placement strategies, upskilling initiatives, and wellness programs.
- Collect and analyze workplace survey data to inform HR strategies and proposals.
- Advise on compensation reviews to ensure fair and equitable pay practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
