Executive Assistant
Our office is growing and we're looking for an Executive Assistant to be the right hand to our Financial Planner. Duties and qualifications are outlined below.
DUTIES :
Be our Customer Relations Expert!
Account Setup & maintenance (Paperwork prep & status update to clients)
Maintain & updates information in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) Software (Redtail)
Client correspondence – (Account setup, management, and client documentation)
Monthly Correspondence Report
Daily Service Net Ticket monitoring
Client management – Albridge / OneView (reports and client access)
Marketing Materials (MyCMO)
Annual Reviews – pull and verify accuracy of Albridge reports; verify any KYC missing data or updates needed
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Critical thinking ability is a must.
Handle confidential and secure information and documents.
Well-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Word, Outlook, and Excel).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and multi-task.
Strategic mindset that can envision the big picture – and still take care of the small details.
A passion for excellence – you always do your best!
Positive, upbeat, self-starting, and “can-do” attitude.
Resourcefulness – you’re a little like MacGyver.
Ability to stay graceful under fire.
Ability to compile, organize, prepare, and maintain an assortment of records and reports.
