Junior Installation Technician
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Junior Installation Tech will work from our Monroe, Ohio location and will report to the Service Manager. This role will perform the installation of compressed air solutions' piping (Aluminum, Copper, Black Iron, Galvanized, Victaulic, Stainless Steel) for industrial compressed air equipment and related products. The ideal candidate must be safety focused, detail oriented, and willing to learn a trade. This is an entry level position where the associate will be mentored and trained to install and maintain compressed air systems.
WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE
- Installation of compressed air systems from start to finish.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide prompt, safe, and courteous service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Safety oriented and willing to learn how to install compressed air solutions. Any construction, compressor and/or HVAC experience is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to learn how to operate a Propress, pipe threader, Victaulic groover and various tools.
- Ability and willingness to be certified to operate forklift and/or scissor lift safely.
- Not afraid of heights or confined spaces.
- Ability to lift to 75 lbs. and climb ladders.
- Ability and willingness to grow your mechanical aptitude for industrial equipment.
- Ability and willingness to grow your electrical and plumbing aptitude. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well independently and/or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
