Graphic Designer & Content Creator

Location: Plymouth County, Massachusetts (Onsite)

We’re looking for a passionate and talented Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team full-time and bring our storytelling to life across our brands and digital and print platforms.

Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer & Content Creator will play a key role in designing engaging visual assets, developing compelling social content, and supporting marketing initiatives with standout creative. This is a full-time, onsite role in Plymouth County, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with a dynamic team across marketing, retail, and product departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce graphics for social media, email campaigns, digital ads, product packaging, in-store signage, presentations, and more
• Develop and execute photo and video content for use across multiple platforms, including Reels/TikTok-style vertical content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, storyboard, and deliver creative assets that align with brand goals and seasonal campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries
• Manage content calendars, participate in content shoots, and organize digital assets
• Stay on top of trends in design, digital media, and social platforms

Qualifications:

• 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, content creation, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Comfortable with both studio and lifestyle photography/videography
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Must be able to work onsite full-time in Plymouth County, MA

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with motion graphics or animation
• Familiarity with cannabis or lifestyle branding
• Skills in copywriting or creative direction
• A deep love & understanding of the cannabis plant
