Compensation: $35K Base Commission (Expected 1st-year earnings: $85K-$110K)

The Role
We’re looking for a bold Sales Rep with strong sales experience. You’ll have the freedom to generate your own leads and will be backed by inbound leads to help you hit the ground running. This is a fast-paced, high-stakes role for someone with a driver mentality, ready to crush new business.
What You’ll Do:
- Hunt down new business through cold calling, networking, and lead gen.
- Build relationships fast, and close deals even faster.
- Work with our team to upsell customers and boost overall sales.
- Own your pipeline, and manage your accounts in Odoo ERP (we’ll teach you).
- Stay sharp on new products and what’s happening in the industry.
- Minimal travel is required for occasional trade shows or client visits.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales killer with 2 years of proven sales experience regardless of industry.
- Hungry to close, confident in your skills, and ready to bring in new business every month.
- A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Great at building relationships on the fly and turning them into closed deals.
- Outbound sales experience is required.
- Minimal ERP/CRM experience? No problem – we’ve got you covered with training.
