IOP Director

Job Summary:
The IOP Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, clinical services, and administrative functions of an Intensive Outpatient Program for individuals struggling with substance use and/or mental health disorders. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatment while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. The IOP Director supervises staff, develops program strategies, and fosters a collaborative treatment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management & Leadership:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Intensive Outpatient Program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and treatment protocols that align with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis, client feedback, and outcome measures, making necessary improvements.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements, accreditation standards (e.g., CARF, JCAHO), and HIPAA regulations.

Clinical Oversight:

• Supervise clinical staff, including counselors, therapists, and case managers, to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Ensure treatment planning, group therapy, and individual counseling sessions adhere to evidence-based practices.
• Provide crisis intervention, case consultation, and oversight for complex client cases as needed.
• Ensure integration of holistic and trauma-informed care approaches within the program.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
