- Help create a safe, warm, and inclusive classroom where children feel supported, loved, and excited to learn
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning and hands-on activities
- Work with the team to ensure the overall well-being of each child, offering encouragement and individualized support
