About Our Program

Your Day-to-Day Includes:
- Planning and delivering engaging, hands-on curriculum
- Preparing and conducting parent-teacher conferences with professionalism
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Providing a safe, nurturing environment for children to grow and learn
What We’re Looking For:
- ❤️ Passionate educators with prior experience working with children
- đź“ť High school diploma (or GED) required; further education in Early Childhood a plus (funding available!)
- âś… Ability to meet MO Family Care Registry requirements and maintain active registration
- 🦠Current TB test and Hepatitis A vaccination (required by state regulations)
- 🎨 Training or familiarity with the Reggio Emilia Approach is a bonus
