Here is your opportunity to join Team Elevated! We are a leading premier cannabis company looking for an energetic and intelligent manager to join our Sidney/Wolf Point team. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, provide customer and patient support, and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in customer service, employee recruitment, or retail management. Store manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.
Responsibilities
- Meet customer expectations by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff regularly
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer service while adhering to state law and company policies
- Maintain daily communication and reports to Main Office through e-mail and company applications
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths every 90 days under the supervision of District Manager
- Hire, Train, and Empower staff regularly to ensure tasks are completed within the appropriate time frame
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Additional store manager duties as needed

Requirements
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
- Must be available to work shifts any day of the week, as late as 8pm
- Must be able to lift and carry up to fifty pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Travel will be required up to 20% of the time
- Training period of 30 days must be completed in Billings, MT
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
