Your Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:
- Cultivate a safe, stimulating, and joyful learning space where children feel inspired to explore and grow.
- Advance intellectual and physical development through hands-on, play-based activities.
- Foster social-emotional growth and provide positive guidance with kindness and empathy.
- Build strong, trusting partnerships with families to support each child’s learning journey.
- Work in well-run, responsive classrooms that adapts to the unique needs of every learner.
- Demonstrate professionalism, modeling lifelong learning and a collaborative spirit.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in Colorado (PDIS credential 3.0, Levels 2-6)
- Experience teaching in a licensed early childhood center (preferred)
- Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of young children's social, emotional, and cognitive needs
- Familiarity with state licensing and health department regulations
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with young children
- CPR Certification (preferred)

- Competitive Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
- Flexible Full-Time Hours: 30 – 39 hours per week
