As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a critical role in nurturing the growth, development, and learning of student's in our care. Our ideal candidate is a professional with a strong understanding of child development and the skills to create a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster cognitive, emotional, and physical development in toddlers.
- Create and maintain a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages socialization, exploration, and learning.
- Develop and execute individualized lesson plans based on the developmental needs of each child.
- Implement our Judaic curriculum.
- Observe and assess children's progress. Maintain documentation of child development, behavior, and any significant milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support the overall growth of each child.
- Effectively communicate with families, providing updates on their child's progress and well-being, and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure that the classroom and materials are kept clean and organized.
- Support social emotional growth using appropriate behavioral guidance.
- Maintain a sanitary classroom environment.
