Your responsibilities will include assisting with various Treasury-related tasks, executing approved disbursements, processing Treasury requests, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. You will also be responsible for following corporate policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and preparing and maintaining documentation related to Treasury compliance activities. Additionally, you will assist in training and mentoring junior team members and monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to Treasury operations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, prior experience in banking or treasury (1-3 years required), and an associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline. Additionally, you must be proficient in MS Office suite, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to work effectively in a dynamic culture and collaborative team environment.
