Elevation Chiropractic & Wellness is seeking a Digital & Social Media Coordinator who is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing a brand-aligned internal and external digital media and communications strategy across all ECW social media and other communication platforms to support organizational goals, attract and retain patients, and foster employee engagement and satisfaction. This position manages the creative direction, development, production and publication of digital media including video, photo, and graphic design content.
Summary: We are a well-established Wellness clinic specializing in preventive care, wellness treatment & auto accident recovery. ECW is known for its commitment to high-quality care, patient-centered services, and a focus on wellness and prevention while exceeding in customer service. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator/Specialist to manage all social media accounts, digital advertising, and engagements while working closely with our teams/office in Colorado & Utah, with more locations to come.
Responsibilities:
Digital Ad Buying- Manage Google Ads, social media ads, and other paid campaigns to drive high-quality leads.
Lead Management- Track and organize online inquiries, ensuring they reach the right team member(s).
Content & Social Media- Support content creation and social media strategies to enhance brand awareness. Optimize our Instagram & Facebook to improve search rankings, traffic, and conversions. Create & manage Tik-Tok, YouTube for ECW.
Analytics & Performance Tracking- Monitor campaign success, adjust strategies, and provide regular reports.
Marketing Strategy
- Reports to the Clinic Director in the development, creative direction, and execution of social media marketing strategies that drive acquisition and retention of patients across the continuum of care.
- Collaborates with providers at each location to design and achieve high-priority marketing goals.
- Regularly applies data analytics to assess and improve communication relevance, engagement and efficacy across social media channels; readily adopting new market-competitive best practices.
- Serve as subject matter expert for all Marketing team members, service lines and departments on social media marketing and reputation management.
Social Media
- Directly oversees creative development and execution of key messaging for entire social media network, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik-Tok, and YouTube.
- Optimizes channel impact by developing and implementing channel-specific strategic plans and content calendar with standards for content type, format, branding, frequency, and topic. Explore and leverage emerging social media tools and trends.
- Maintain Social Media Use Policy and Social Media Standard Work to standardize appropriate social media use internally and externally.
- Has primary responsibility for online reputation management – responds to online reviews and comments in collaboration with patient relations and clinic/department leaders.
- Manages vendors involved with social media and reputation management, e.g., Partnerships
- Monitors results and industry trends, partnering with partners to create actionable recommendations for improving results.
- Work with the Clinic Director to develop event marketing strategies to increase attendance and engagement, ensuring events are well attended and aligned with member interests
- Execute strategies to attract new patients and engage existing members, ensuring growth within the association
Videography and Photography
- Supports graphic, photography and video content development and publication throughout content lifecycle, e.g., storyboarding, creative direction, filming, and post-production.
- Collaborates with the lead providers, clinic director and other content creators to strategically prioritize and manage digital media projects, adhering to quality, branding, and voice standards.
Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
- Four-year bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in the marketing or communications department of a small-to mid-sized organization.
- Strong marketing knowledge, including print and digital marketing, big picture thinking and data analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in: Customer resource management, web management, social media channels and photography/video knowledge.
- Preferred experience in Adobe Creative Suite programs Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar, e.g. Canva.
- Preferred experience in the creative development, direction, and production of digital or multi-media content, particularly video, photography and graphics.
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and ad buying.
- Proven experience in growing media accounts.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, tracking, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate directly with our teams.
