- Monday: 8:00am -5:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
- Thursday: 8:00am -5:00pm
- Friday: Off
- Saturday: Off
- Sunday: Off
The Front Office Coordinator should (but not limited to):
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.- Develop productive schedules.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- Present treatment plans and collect payments
- Arrange payment plans for patients
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification
- Ability to submit dental insurance claims electronically
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Front Office experience in a general dentistry practice preferred
- Warm and friendly personalities are welcome to apply!
- Great customer service skills
- Dentrix knowledge is a plus!
