WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As a full- or part-time Dental Administrator - Office Floater, you will arrive ready to support both our front desk and clinical team with a positive, proactive approach. You will greet and welcome patients with professionalism, answer the phones efficiently, and ensure that our schedule stays on track by monitoring openings and updates. You'll register new patients, verify insurance details, and coordinate financial arrangements to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. Throughout the day, you'll work closely with our team to schedule to goal, maintain communication, and offer an unprecedented level of patient care. You'll also have the unique opportunity to float between administrative and assisting duties, using your cross-training and technology skills to support every part of the practice.
