What You’ll Be Doing:
- Event Setup and Management: Ensure event sites are professional, organized, and visually appealing. Prepare and manage promotional materials like brochures, flyers, and items, and restock displays as needed to maintain an attractive setup.
- Customer Engagement: Actively listen to customers’ needs and provide tailored advice on products or services. Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits, answering questions and guiding customers toward purchasing decisions.
- Sales and Goal Achievement: Work toward meeting daily and weekly sales targets. Track customer interactions, conversions, and follow-ups while identifying upsell opportunities.
- Post-Event Support: Provide post-event assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and address any inquiries.
