We are in partnership with a physical therapy clinic and our mission is to work as a team to help each individual meet their goals. We see people from all walks of life whether they are training for a marathon or just finishing up physical therapy after having a total knee replacement. We offer a wide variety of workout classes for all levels. We aim to meet each person where they are at and tailor each workout to meet their specific needs.
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic workout instructor who is up for working with people of all ages and stages of life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative and inclusive environment, is creative in their approach to fitness, and is eager to bring fun and innovative workout routines to life. We're seeking someone who is interested in teaching classes each week and is also willing to substitute for others when needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for participants.
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, anatomy, and body mechanics.
- Promote health and wellness through various fitness modalities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and facilities.
- Stay updated on fitness trends and continuously enhance personal training skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 4 per week
