We are growing and looking for a Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about fitness, committed to client success, and ready to be part of a dynamic, professional team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 and small-group training sessions tailored to client goals
- Develop and implement individualized strength and conditioning programs
- Provide guidance on sustainable nutrition without restrictive diets
- Track client progress using measurements, body composition scans, and performance metrics
- Maintain high engagement with clients through check-ins and accountability follow-ups
- Educate clients on proper exercise form and injury prevention
- Foster a motivating and supportive environment for clients
- Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate with other trainers
- Keep the studio space clean, organized, and professional
Requirements:
- Certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or similar or relative experience/education
- CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of personal training experience or relative experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of strength training, mobility, and functional fitness
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Ability to adjust programs based on client needs and limitations
- Passion for helping people achieve long-term health and fitness success
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
