JOB SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Associate will work in Receiving, Material Handling, or Shipping within the Elevation Labs Warehouse Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure proper receipt of materials and components into the facility.
- Verify item descriptions and counts against receipts, matching to BOLs and packing lists. Check for errors and compare against component masters per Receiving SOP. Tag and place receipts into proper storage locations.
- Maintain Inventory Integrity.
- Pull inventory per the Staging SOP as required.
- Verify and allocate bulk material and components for production orders.
- Process return inventory from Production per SOP.
- Prepare outbound bulk and finished goods for shipment.
- Data entry into CSI for receiving, shipping, stock moves, etc...
- Comply with 5S and general housekeeping standards.
- Comply with OSHA regulations and GMP.
- Escalate obstacles and potential production delays to leadership.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and Turrets.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate hand trucks, drum lifts, and pallet jacks.
- Ability to operate computers and relevant inventory management scanners.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of Warehouse experience required.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
- Work in a factory setting.
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Regularly required to stand.
- Frequently required to walk.
- Regularly reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The physical demands identified above are representative of those that will be required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Regularly required to work in areas where chemical materials are encountered.
- Manufacturing setting with moving machinery.
- Regularly required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- May involve exposure to shop environment including variable noise levels.
- Must customarily have a high consciousness for personnel and equipment safety.
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, we are disclosing the compensation range for roles that will be, or could be, performed in Colorado. Compensation for similar positions located outside of Colorado may differ.
If performed in Colorado, the hourly pay for this position is $20.50. This wage may vary based on relevant factors including but not limited to experience, education, performance, scope of responsibilities, location, and other considerations permitted by law.
