THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a full-time font desk receptionist / physical therapy technician to join our team in our outpatient clinic in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas.
We offer the opportunity to mentor and grow with us into leadership roles if interested.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Maintaining the physical therapy clinic for optimal patient flow
- Assisting clinicians treat patients
- Providing exceptional customer service to all patients, referral sources, and colleagues
- Monitoring and cleaning the clinic, gym, and rooms for an optimal patient experience
- Maintaining the linen supply for clinicians
- Assisting the office manager with scheduling patients as needed
- Assisting patients with new patient intakes and entering data into our EMR
- Contacting insurance companies to verify insurance benefits for billing and claims
- Collecting copays and deductibles at the time of service
- Calling patients, confirming appointments, and scheduling new evaluations
- Assisting the office manager with daily, weekly, and monthly administrative duties
