Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with client goals, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.Create and manage detailed social media content calendars, ensuring all posts are strategically scheduled and meet client objectives.Design, write, and publish engaging social media posts, including graphics, written content, and multimedia assets, tailored for various platforms.Visit client sites to capture high-quality photo and video content for organic social media efforts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and authenticity.Plan, manage, and execute daily social media campaigns across multiple platforms, maintaining consistency and a strong brand voice.Analyze social media metrics, compile performance reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization and strategy refinement.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling, on-brand content tailored to each platform.Manage online communities by responding to inquiries, fostering engagement, and monitoring sentiment.Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, incorporating new opportunities into strategies.Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communications, deliverables, and campaign presentations.Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign management, preferably in an agency or brand setting.Expertise in managing social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and using analytics tools like Sprout or similar.Strong photography and videography skills, with experience creating engaging content for organic social media campaigns.Demonstrated experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or similar, to create polished and professional visuals.Ability to deliver polished presentations and effectively communicate insights through visual data storytelling.Proven ability to adjust strategies in response to real-time analytics, client feedback, or changes in the social landscape.Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail, recognizing how small changes can significantly impact performance.Proactive in testing new techniques and bringing fresh ideas to advance social media strategies and client results.Demonstrates a balance of creative development and strategic insight to ensure campaigns are both visually compelling and data-driven.Proficiency in collaborative tools (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and project management software (Asana).Proven ability to create impactful social media strategies with demonstrated ROI.Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Knowledge of current cultural and social trends, with the ability to incorporate them authentically into campaigns.Passion for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving priorities.What We Offer
