Elevation Ten Thousand is seeking a proactive, passionate professional who is eager to drive results and innovate within the digital marketing space. If you have a solid background in Google Ads and Meta Ads and are enthusiastic about leveraging the latest technologies to improve campaign performance, this role is for you.

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads with minimal supervision.
• Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to increase campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain campaign reports, presenting insights and strategic recommendations to clients regularly.
• Collaborate with team members to align campaign strategies with client goals and overall marketing objectives.
• Assist team members with campaign setups and conversion tracking.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements, incorporating innovative tools such as AI to enhance campaign performance.

• A naturally curious mindset with a keen interest in learning and understanding the reasons behind data and campaign performance.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a quick-learning attitude.
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and a commitment to staying at the forefront of technology, including the use of AI to improve efficiency.

• 3-5 years of marketing experience.
• 2 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical skills—experience with Google Analytics 4 is a plus.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive in managing tasks.
• Experience in client communication and presenting reports.
• Familiarity with LookerStudio, GTM, LinkedIn Ads, Simplifi, and DV360 is a plus.
