Sales Executive

Elevation Ten Thousand is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to join the E10K team with a passion for complex problem solving coupled with the will to never stop learning and improving their skillset. Job Overview

The Sales Executive will play a vital role in driving sales growth first by developing an in-depth understanding of everything E10K has to offer our clients. From there, develop a deeper understanding of our targeted industries and individual clients, then move to crafting and delivering tailored approaches to an array of clients and potential clients.

Nature and Scope of the Job:

· Work with our industry experts to gain insight and understanding into services and clients

· Generate, identify and pursue client leads

· Craft targeted and personalized sales pitches for clients based on their individual needs and wants

· Work directly with clients and adjust offerings based on feedback and gained insight

· Partner with our CSM team to ensure the client experience is a positive one at all times

· Maintain detailed and up-to-date client documentation, including schedules, task lists, and status reports

· Identify and address any concerns a client/potential client may be having or are foreseeable

· Develop lasting client relationships by understanding their business goals and challenges and providing personalized solutions

· Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges

A successful individual in this role needs the skill set of strong active listening, the ability and confidence to ask pointed follow-up questions to ensure the full understanding of the needs and wants being communicated to them and the ability to tie it all together in a concise offering of service directly targeting those needs and wants.

With a background in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, they bring a solid foundation of knowledge to the role. Someone with a history of accomplishment that takes pride in setting and exceeding goals for themselves.

This person is committed to contributing to the success of the team and is excited about the opportunity to grow within the digital marketing industry. They are highly adaptable, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and always looking for ways to improve.

Professional Job Requirements

· 2 years of experience is sales with/for a Marketing Agency

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred)

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

· Eagerness to learn and grow within the digital marketing industry

· An understanding of B2B sales process

· Highly proficient in communicating and juggling tasks within multiple collaborative tools such as Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Office 365 and Asana
