Position Overview

We are seeking Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC, PPC, LCSW, PCSW, etc.) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health advocacy and providing therapeutic services to individuals of all ages.

Office Locations

Riverton and Lander, Wyoming

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and / or family therapy sessions.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to address clients’ needs.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical professionals, and community resources.
Participate in case consultations and ongoing professional development.

Administrative Support Staff – Our support staff handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing so clinicians can focus on clients.

Clinical Collaboration – Regular case consultation, team meetings, and access to peer support.

Professional Growth – Supervision for provisionally licensed providers, CEU opportunities, and career advancement pathways.

Competitive Pay – Starting at $30 / hour for provisional and $40 / hour for licensed (commensurate with experience).

Technology & Tools – Access to a user-friendly EHR system for efficient documentation, company equipment, company provided communication system.

Qualifications

LPC, PPC, LCSW, PCSW, or equivalent (must be licensed or provisionally licensed in Wyoming or eligible for licensure).

Experience in mental health counseling; addressing a variety of presenting concerns with a knowledge of diverse treatment modalities.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as a team member.

Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
