Summary:
Crazy Shirts purpose is to create original and memorable artwork on quality products that take our customers on the endless vacation in everyday life. The 800 Clerk is an internally trained position responsible for assisting with inventory managements and ensuring requests from stores are fulfilled.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Picking, packing, and shipping allocations to stores
- Receiving transfers from stores
- Monitoring and maintaining stock in the replenishment warehouse.
- Clearing Red Lines from the Dashboard daily and ensuring the Dashboard is clear of all allocations at weeks end.
- Monitoring 800 Requests from Stores and Home Office and fulfilling accordingly.
- Consolidating and transferring units within the Warehouse to keep space available for shelving and replenishment.
- Communication with retail stores and the corporate office in Halawa to coordinate and update on tasks.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic understanding of computer skills, including Windows, Word, e-mail
- Basic knowledge of tablets.
- Ability to manage through tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
- A strong work ethic that exemplifies the primary role being assumed.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Standing for long periods of time, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, carrying and moving items up to 45lbs.
- Performing repetitive motions throughout shift.
- Ability to perform essential job functions in an environment with varied noise levels.
- The warehouse environment may be dusty, noisy, and open to interior temperature changes.
- The use of appropriate PPEincluding eye and ear protection, and rubber gloves as needed for comfort.
- Must be able to abide by the companys Exposure Prevention, Preparedness, and Response guidelines as it relates to the spread of communicable diseases, and workplace safety; this includes use of masks (as needed and required per CDC and Company recommendations) and the ability to use cleaning supplies for cleaning and disinfection purposes.
