B2B Sales Representative Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate will have a hunger for success and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. While experience in telecommunications is a plus, it is not required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Get in front of 20-25 prospects per week, creating approximately 30 new sales opportunities per month
- Achieve territory success by driving sales prospecting efforts and conducting quality sales appointments
- Blend sales efforts through prospecting, partner relationships, association and marketing events, and networking
- Have discipline to follow a repeatable process
- Embrace consistent sales skills building and industry knowledge
- Develop a plan with your sales leader to achieve your individual goals
Requirements:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
