Job Description: Customer Services Liaison
We are seeking a full-time Customer Services Liaison to join our Service, Maintenance, and Repair department in Mineola, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with our customers regarding scheduling, contracts, proposals, general support, and more. This position is full-time and in-office.
Major Responsibilities:
- Speak with new and existing customers regarding new contracts and changes to the same
- Onboard new customers and buildings
- Communicate customer needs and new customers to our service department
- Assist our accounting department with collections as needed
- Assist with proposals as needed
- Check in with customers periodically
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel and other office products
- Willingness to learn new skills as needed (both practical and technological)
- Excellent communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
