Job Summary : We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Technical Training Manager to lead dealer training initiatives at a state-of-the-art training center in Largo Florida. This pivotal role focuses on delivering engaging, hands-on training sessions to ensure dealers are technically proficient and certified to install our IPL and stairlift solutions. The role also involves creating a memorable, inspiring experience for dealers, showcasing our client's products' value while fostering strong relationships. Occasional travel may be required to support on-site training and supervised installations, but the primary focus will be center-based training.
Key Responsibilities :
Dealer Training & Certification :
- Design, develop, and deliver both theoretical and hands-on training sessions at the training center, ensuring dealers achieve technical certification to install company products and equipment.
- Effectively communicate technical knowledge while promoting the unique benefits of company products to inspire and engage dealers.
- Provide occasional on-site training and supervised installations to support dealers with their installations.
