- Accurately following standardized cocktail recipes
- Maintaining knowledge of different spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and their proportions
- Stocking the bar with necessary beverages, ice, and glassware
- Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters and washing glasses
