The kitchen team member will be working in a fast-paced environment with extreme temperatures, loud noises, and exposure to chemicals, fire, gases, and odors. The ideal candidate must be able to navigate these conditions safely and efficiently. The physical demands of this role include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and tasting or smelling. The candidate must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Occasionally navigating up to 160 pounds, such as kegs, is also required. The successful candidate will be physically fit and able to perform these tasks without any issues.
