We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Dining Assistant to join our team at Eleven Experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Colorado Culinary team with food preparations, transportation, and meal service throughout our entire Colorado footprint.
About the Role
This dynamic role requires a high level of flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to complete Colorado Culinary team goals and meet guest needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food and beverage service and be able to provide name and contact information for three professional references.
Key Responsibilities
Executing prep, breakfast, lunch, and dinner service shifts, staying up-to-date and knowledgeable about the staff schedule, regularly checking company communication platforms and responding promptly, managing food inventory; stocking food inventory based on demand, shopping, and receiving orders, maintaining a clean, food-safe, and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly used and cared for while keeping an accurate and up-to-date inventory record, interacting with guests professionally and with confidence to make sure they are having the best possible experience.
Requirements
A personal vehicle for travel to and from work, ability to walk, kneel, reach, and stand for long periods, ability to taste and smell food items, ability to regularly lift and relocate up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and relocate up to 10 pounds, ability to safely work in extreme temperatures, including walk-in refrigerators/freezers and kitchen lines, ability to read and understand recipes.
