Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (PeopleSoft Consultant) to join their team in New York, NY!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Accounts Payables, Asset Management, and Project Costing.
- Design and implement solutions leveraging PeopleSoft Financials, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and document implementation plans, including deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Fixed Assets/Asset Management to guide project teams and ensure best practices.
- Create and manage integrations and interfaces between PeopleSoft Financials and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to PeopleSoft Financials modules.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.
- Deliver end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in ERP systems, with a focus on PeopleSoft Financials.
- Expertise in Fixed Assets/Asset Management, Accounts Payables, and Project Costing modules.
- Strong accounting background with the ability to align ERP solutions with business financial processes.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions that integrate with third-party applications.
- Functional and technical knowledge of the WIP/Fixed Assets process within PeopleSoft.
- Hands-on experience with multiple ERP applications is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in PeopleSoft or related ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Prior experience working in investment or financial services firms.
Salary : $75 - $95
