Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Desktop Engineer to join their team in New York, NY!
Responsibilities:
- Upgrade sentry servers, renew certificates, and create/update policies.
- Coordinate and lead system and service maintenance activities, including highly complex application and service upgrades, regular health checks according to corporate policies and procedures, and regular road maps.
- Maintain and troubleshoot mobile devices.
- Manage devices via Intune and deploy software to desktop and laptop environments.
- Develop the standard operational procedure for keeping software up to date and troubleshoot issues with patching.
- Monitor market developments and provide recommendations for upgrades, endpoint engineering, and management solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Log and track activity in Service Now, producing detailed documents.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in a similar position.
- Expertise in Server as a Matter, working with SMEs globally.
- MDM Tier 3.
- Proficient in Ivanti MobileIron.
- Strong Access as a Service knowledge.
- Knowledge of DHCP and DNS, Okta integration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge and experience in creating, testing, and maintaining group policy.
- Strong communicator.
Salary : $45 - $55
