We are seeking a highly skilled NDT Technician to join our client's team in Simi Valley, where you will perform Non-Destructive Testing processes to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
Key Tasks
- Conduct and interpret process controls for radiographic inspection, including x-ray tube warm-up, densitometer calibration, and film step wedge preparation.
- Set up and operate radiation-generating devices, including x-ray machines, and process parts through the radiographic inspection cycle.
- Accurately document inspection results per procedures, codes, and specifications.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a certified NDT Technician, with documentation of hours worked according to NAS410 standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
- Background in industries such as aerospace, medical, oil & gas, or manufacturing is a plus.
