Eleven Recruiting is looking to hire a Lead Assembler for one of our largest aerospace manufacturing clients sitting onsite in El Monte, CA. This role is responsible for executing assembly tasks according to manufacturing and purchase order requirements. This includes reviewing and interpreting engineering blueprints, parts lists, and specifications to ensure proper assembly. The Assembler must understand their role within the Quality Management System (QMS) and contribute to product quality and safety standards, in line with quality procedures and safety programs.

- Maintain and adhere to AS9100 procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Assemble component parts accurately according to specifications.
- Install required hardware.
- Deburr parts to meet drawing requirements.
- Ensure all products meet drawing and specification standards.
- Assist in the packaging of products to ensure damage-free deliveries.
- Perform touch-up work on painted or coated surfaces as necessary.
- Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure timely and accurate assembly of products.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of assembly experience required.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Skilled in using inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Experience with assembly hand tools is required.
Salary : $52,000 - $62,000
