Eleven Recruiting is hiring a Master Scheduler to join one of our largest Aerospace Manufacturing clients sitting onsite in Los Alamitos, CA. The Master Scheduler is responsible for leading and optimizing the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process. This role ensures forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery (OTD) align with business model lead-time targets for assigned product lines.
Responsibilities :
Inventory Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement Manufacturing Plans for Every Part (PFEP) to achieve competitive lead times across product lines and regions.
Monitor site execution of PFEP to ensure compliance and adjust as necessary to meet business objectives.
Utilize SIOP data, Win / Loss Analysis, and site interactions to optimize lead times and inventory turnover.
Demand Management
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to capture, document, and adjust forecasts based on market trends, product launches, and large project buys.
Align demand forecasting with sales efforts, supply chain capabilities, and lead times.
Analyze and refine forecasting methodologies to minimize variance between projections and actuals.
Supply Chain Alignment & Execution
Identify gaps and implement solutions to ensure material and capacity plans align with demand forecasts.
Lead SIOP processes for assigned sites, communicating risks and opportunities related to backlog, sales plans, capacity, and supply chain.
Evaluate and adjust PFEP sizing as needed, updating Material Replenishment Systems (MRS).
Monitor and audit MRS execution through daily reviews, exception reports, and formal audits.
Maintain clear communication across the supply chain to ensure seamless forecasting and replenishment.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Support value stream initiatives, marketing strategies, and supply chain policies to enhance efficiency.
Implement solutions to address business process gaps, ensuring long-term sustainability.
