Eleven Recruiting is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to lead organizational analysis efforts, identify current capabilities, propose opportunities for improvement, and drive the measurement, prioritization, and implementation of these opportunities. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Cary, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners to strategize and deliver product roadmaps, offering cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance the mortgage loan process for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational analysis to identify current capabilities, recommend improvements, and prioritize implementation efforts.
- Interact and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment.
- Gather business requirements impacting technology systems and collaborate with technology partners to develop solutions.
- Write, communicate, and validate requirements and user stories using tools such as: cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state charts, data dictionaries, and class/entity relationship diagrams.
- Work within an Agile framework, contributing effectively to Scrum or Kanban teams, and participate in Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives.
- Identify and manage stakeholders across functional areas to implement projects, understanding their authority and influence on business processes.
- Document acceptance criteria and maintain system and user documentation.
- Coordinate and conduct testing, user training, and workflow documentation.
- Provide regular verbal and written reports to management.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT teams to define when user stories are complete.
- Conduct risk assessments, mitigate risks to projects, and assist with backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning.
- Support Product Owners in strategizing the delivery of product roadmaps.
- Plan, develop, oversee, execute, and certify changes by creating rigorous test plans and tracking results to ensure alignment with finalized requirements.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7 years of experience in Agile environments.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in G-Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Data analysis experience, knowledge of BI tools, and proven experience mentoring junior analysts is preferred.
